Just last night I went to my favorite local "authentic" Chinese food buffet. Gen Tso's was part of the offering and I had a portion. Good stuff. RIP. |

Definitely my favorite "Chinese" dish, and the one that made me realize that Chinese food around the world differs wildly. I have had Spanish Chinese, French, Belgian, Dutch, German and Czech as well, and even Chinese Chinese food, but General Tso´s Chicken I have only found in the USA. How is that possible??? RIP, and thanks! |
