Its been amazing, the atheletes showing all the 5 S's – Speed, Strength, Stamina, Skill and Sportsmanship – yet no thread?

Guess you should have started it, as no one else had. And you are right that there should be one.

The paralympics have the bad timing of being after the Olympics and although the athletes deserve support and recognition potentials fans are "olympiced" out.

Not in Britain they are not. We're doing 6 hours+ of live telly every night, plus support programmes (watch the Last Leg from Channel 4. Can't imagine that making it onto US TV.)

Unfortunately I've not been around here much so I didn't think to start it, and now too late.

This is a mainly US forum and Americans don't 'do' the Paralympics.

As can be seen from the fact they're behind Ukraine in the medal table.

Last hussar yep the c4 coverage has been brilliant great to see all the athletes competing in various events under there classifications some really spectacular and highly competitive event's on show great that they are getting the coverage that they deserve and hopefully will inspire other people with similar disabilities to have a go
