That new Wonder Woman trailer actually looks great
. It doesn't look like a cringe fest like Ghostbusters 2016 looked like. It doesn't look way too emo for its own good like Snyder Supes flicks have.
I'm willing to let it slide that they set it in WWI instead of WWII (probably so that they wouldn't be called out loudly that they're just doing the same thing as Captain America: the First Avenger). |

I'm wondering if they gave her the shield because test footage showing WW deflecting bullets with her wrist bracelets like she does in the comics just looked ridiculous? :) |

Yes thought seeing the Eindeckers was a nice touch. I also agree that the reason to have her in WW I was to avoid the reference to Captain America. It should be fun. |
