It should do better I think. CBS is the most watched network and even bad shows like 'Scorpion' survive. Plus, it has all the elements of a procedural: Lab coated geeks and computer whizzes, check. Tough middle-aged federal law enforcement or intelligence handler, check.

You can't go wrong with procederals. You may just not be the intended audience.
