Both were available to Comcast subscribers free On Demand. (Contact your local Comcast salesman…) The first was John Wick. I googled the body count and came up with 84. I'm sure there has to be a +/- in there. Best line of the movie. The Russian mob boss called the car stripper to ask indignantly why he punched out his son. "He stole John Wick's car and killed his dog." "Oh." Then my son and I caught Live, Die, Repeat. Think of Groundhog Day crossed with Terminator. Tom Cruise is excellent. |

Caught most of "He Never Died" a couple of weeks ago when my brother was watching it – not bad. |

John Wick is great! No worries a bad guy is getting back up. |

John Wick was great as was Edge of Tomorrow. Not sure why the latter has two titles. |

Because nobody knew what the heck "Edge of Tomorrow" meant (and it sounds like a weepy soap opera), but Live. Die. Repeat. tells you exactly what the movie is about, and sounds cooler, too. And is what most people remember when trying to think of the name. |

Probably the same reason that Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone was known in certain countries as Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone – because the population were dumb and did not know what a Philosopher is!!!! |

I watched Zombeavers on Netflix. It was exactly what was promised on the tin. Also watched Welcome to Me which was very funny but only mildly violent. |

'Edge of Tomorrow' was based on a Japanese novel and manga called 'All You Need is Kill.' They "renamed" it 'Live. Die. Repeat' because it's cooler and more catchy, reflecting the dark humor in the movie. It's a riff on "Lather, Rinse, Repeat," the universal instructions for shampoo. Here are a couple of my recommendations: Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse Voices Pain and Gain Killing Them Softly |

LOL on Zombeavers. I watched that a few months ago. The "final girl" was definitely a cut above the rest in acting skill. (Also in looks and willingness to go beyond PG-13 ratings, but she was honestly a better actor, too.) That movie was exactly what it advertised, and pretty amusing to boot. Note quite "Tucker and Dale vs. Evil", but not too far off. |

John Wick is the finest example of the 'Reputation' rating in role playing games. Everyone that knew him just stayed out of his way…. |

Not to mention RPG concepts like councils and guilds and codes of conduct. Wick sought immunity from assassins by checking himself in a hotel where killing is strictly banned. When one of them broke the rule and made an attempt she was tried, judged and executed. The screenwriter is definitely a gamer. |
