GOG seems legit. I've bought some stuff from them before.

They are fine. I've bought a couple of titles from them. They've been around for a while now. I suspect they would be gone now if they were not legit.

Good old games is one of the best sites in the gaming world, it's owed by those that made the Witcher series.

The games are DMR free that means no stuff stuck on your computer to make sure you don't copy the game.

You can share the games with family or friends with no problem, I have an acount and my friend has one, we can "borrow" eachothers games no problem.

Also all the games are "fixed" so they should all work on modern computers (windows 7 ect)

They are great people that deserve your buisness.

GOG is part of CD Projekt. They publish the Witcher series of games. GOG is amazing. Been with them since day one. They rescued Planescape Torment from extinction.

Thank you all, off to get Fantasy General and more.

A few Ffolkes on CSW gave them rave reviews too.

I've purchased several games from GoG – glad they're around!

I just purchased "Fantasy General", getting reacquainted with everything, but…having a blast.

Thanks to all of you for your positive comments!

I wish they had "The People's General". Best ultramodern strategy game by far, with a UN coalition taking on China.

GOG is completely legit. They're one of the biggest out there since Steam, and unlike Steam, they actually have customer service.

I have used them. They are a very good games site.
Not as intrusive as steam and you do not have to depend on inter web connection like steam as well.
But you will probable have to self update or patch some of the games .they are up to date at time of purchase though.
