Watching the last episodes of season 2 of Arrow.

It's a silly show don't watch it.

Some how a sister will not reconise her own sister, becasue she wears a wig(with the same color as her original hair, and a tiny mask the over her eyes.

I'm sorry but if my brother tried to hide his idenity from with with that I would kick him in the balls.
Same goes for sister and mother not reconising their brother and son. When they have half a feet from him.

For s sake they would be able to tell who he is from his ing body oder.

Compeard to those "masks" they use, the Batman mast seems like a head transplant…. Honestly it's worse then Clark Kent/Superman, atleast he's not hoping his deguise will hide him from his own ing family!

Oh and now you have fake hulks going crazy in the city. So what does the evil goverment want to do? Nuke the city.

Because 50 guys that are slighly hard to kill warrent nukes!

Seriously shoot them in the head with a .50 can and be done with it. Or run them over with a M1 tank!

They aren't Deadpool(Man I'm looing forward to that movie) If the evil goverment can't kill 50 of those with fully automatic weapons and tanks. I would seriously worry that the evil goverment might be taken over by girlscouts with rubber knives!

Oh and why don't they kill bad guys when they are down!

Oh look evil bastards that are very hard to kill. oh look they are down and passed out for a few minutes. Lets NOT go over there and shoot them in the head/chop of their head…

I get a serious Saturday cartoon feel about this series and not in a good way!

First season was okay. Gave up halfway through the second season. Now everyone wears a mask. Stupid.

Regarding the mask -- Superman and Clark Kent.

At least the flash can move his head to blur it as well as modulate his voice. A better show.

I think I gave up in the second series, seems to have massively grown in the numbers of super heroes since then…..it also kind of killed my interest in the other super hero series as well.

You know that these are comic book heroes that have been adapted for the small screen. There are certain memes in place, that as a comic book reader you would be aware of, like the masks concealing identities. I watch them and I am entertained especially as I was a Marvel and not a D.C. reader. You are devoting too much time grounded in reality to entertainment based on superheroes. It's all mind candy, not thought provoking documentaries!

That's the point, some things should stay in combic book form.

Agreed. I gave up after last season. It had been going down hit and was hard to believe and last year was sooo silly that I gave up. So did my son.

I agree with Cyrus that Gunfreak is probably not the target audience. I dislike Arrow because the script is just bad and the melodrama is so overdone that I just choke on it. By contrast Flash has been pretty good but the real winner for superheros on the small screen has been Daredevil. Daredevil has caught the edginess that Arrow attempts but fails miserably at doing. In addition Daredevil has smart scripts, is better acted and directed in my opinion, and the producers, directors, and script writers appear to understand the medium on which the show is based and therefore respect it while also taking the material into a new medium and creating something good. Also the casting for the characters has just been brilliant.
