"The first thing that hits you upon entering the Beast is the unmistakable sweet and musky aroma of wood-smoked meats that for me instantly calls up memories of a typical Texas barbecue joint. Paris and BBQ, what's not to like? I love France. I love French food. But I'm glad to see real Texas BBQ getting the recognition it deserves as a world class cuisine. They even brought the Dr. Pepper. |
