A cartridge full of bullets? It's not a printer cartridge. A cartridge is a bullet. If a writer is going to write about guns, he should know about guns, and where was his editor?

I've heard many people use "cartridge" before. I knew what the writer was talking about. Not everyone knows lots about fire arms, I think this is not exactly the same but it is similar to journalists that call APCs tanks. I don't think he looks dangerous at all.
