The Daily Mail is saying a top Hollywood actor has admitted he has HIV. He is suppose to have had "relations", unprotected "relations" with many stars in both main stream and porn actresses. This is after he knew he had HIV. Nice guy. link Who do you think it is? My guess : Charlie Sheen |

I'm deeply offended Winston Smith. You used a bad word. |

David Duchovny may be another possibility being a sex addict, but I sincerely hope not. |

Gotta side with Winston – plenty of places to discuss such ed up matters. This isn't one of them. |
Crow Bait | 13 Nov 2015 11:06 a.m. PST |
I think I would use 7TV to game this. Crooked Dice also has usable miniatures. Any idea on a good not Perry Mason figure? |
Terrement | 13 Nov 2015 11:10 a.m. PST |
Morgan Freeman. Certainly mainstream, certainly a top Hollywood actor by anyone's measurements, and his having HIV(es) is well documented: link We need more like him. |
Terrement | 13 Nov 2015 11:13 a.m. PST |
Any idea on a good not Perry Mason figure? No, but I have several ideas on NOT a good Perry Mason actor! Kinda like Weissmuller as Tarzan, Clayton Moore as The Lone Ranger, and other roles defined by a particular actor even though many have played it, for me, Raymond Burr is the only Perry Mason. |
Terrement | 13 Nov 2015 11:28 a.m. PST |
Speaking of Perry Mason, I never understood why he never got a better private investigator than Paul Drake. He was competent, but I wouldn't say he was much more than that. Struck me as the sort who if you asked him to find out what was stored in a closet, he could do that, but never see the connections among the things there, nor would the contents lead him to develop further questions or lines of inquiry on his own. |
Terrement | 13 Nov 2015 11:29 a.m. PST |
? The poop word got through the bleep-o-matic! Previously documented when Bill changed the rule about identification of body parts, though I'm not sure it qualifies as a "medical term." One other of "Carlin's Seven" also gets through, also not medical term AFAIK, and enough of another one to know what the poster had posted based on the part that gets through. Don't tell Mom. |
John the OFM | 13 Nov 2015 11:56 a.m. PST |
This is not TMZ or some stupid Horrywood gossip site. We don't need that here. |

One other of "Carlin's Seven" also gets through, also not medical term AFAIK, and enough of another one to know what the poster had posted based on the part that gets through. Don't tell Mom. What if I used actual French and then said to excuse my French…you know? Merde! Excuse my French! |
Terrement | 13 Nov 2015 12:34 p.m. PST |
What if I used actual French… As opposed to pseudo-French? But it appears that the filter doesn't speak French. Well, it doesn't speak anything! It doesn't understand French. Or maybe it does and is laughing behind its hand covering its mouth so we can't see. If it had a mouth. If it had a hand… |
Oddball | 13 Nov 2015 12:37 p.m. PST |
I agree with John the OFM. There is no place that that sort of language here on the Miniatures Page. John, thanks for supporting me with Winston. That sort of term should be left in Hollywood. |
Ed Mohrmann | 13 Nov 2015 12:41 p.m. PST |
A poll…on who has a deadly infectious disease… I really have to consider whether or not to re-up my supporting membership…OFM's right – crap such as that has no place here |
Terrement | 13 Nov 2015 12:55 p.m. PST |
Heh, heh….heh, heh… you said "crap." Heh…heh…heh |
kyoteblue | 13 Nov 2015 1:03 p.m. PST |
Just cause you can now say that word, does not mean you will not be Dawg Housed if you say it…… Darn the luck… |
Terrement | 13 Nov 2015 1:06 p.m. PST |
Seems to me that if there is supposed to be a filter, and it is advertised as being in place to handle such things, and it doesn't filter words that are commonly used and "offensive" it ought to work and NOT be a DH'able offence – just a SNIP. YVMV. |
Charlie 12 | 13 Nov 2015 1:10 p.m. PST |
A poll…on who has a deadly infectious disease… Really? To raise such a question on ANY forum is just plain sick… |

15mm and 28mm Fanatik | 13 Nov 2015 1:24 p.m. PST |
So the unsavory topics and bad behavior typically associated with the UM board are branching out. |

Really, this post should be in the Broadcast Entertainment board where it can continue to be wall papered. You've got the walls, we've got the paper…. |
Oddball | 13 Nov 2015 2:32 p.m. PST |
I didn't mean it as a poll on "Who has a deadly infectious disease", but more on who is the biggest Jackhole in Hollywood that would sleep with 50 plus women AFTER he knew he had the disease. Anyone can catch HIV, it crosses all levels of society. It is spreading after you know that makes you reprehensible. I'm still going with Charlie. PS: Let me know where I can get the Kardashian figure. |

Tommy20 | 13 Nov 2015 2:57 p.m. PST |
So let me get this straight; the Bleep-o-matic is re-calibrated to allow a word to be seen, but using that word is a Dawghouse offense. Seriously? |
Terrement | 13 Nov 2015 2:59 p.m. PST |
Seriously. "Surely you jest?" "I'm not jesting. And don't call me Shirley." |
Who asked this joker | 13 Nov 2015 3:02 p.m. PST |
I thought it was Beau Jest? Not Shirley Jest. Maybe that's his wife? |
Ed Mohrmann | 13 Nov 2015 3:03 p.m. PST |
Seems the 'h' word would be applicable here…. |
Terrement | 13 Nov 2015 3:04 p.m. PST |
As for Gangnam style, the lyrics include: "Oppa is just my style style, just my style Oppa is just my style style, just my style Oppa is just my style" so why isn't it "Gangnam's just my style, style?" and as a PSA, here's a site where you can make an e-card: link |
Who asked this joker | 13 Nov 2015 3:08 p.m. PST |
And now you know the power of a fully operational Gangnam Style E-Card! |
Terrement | 13 Nov 2015 3:12 p.m. PST |
You mean Shirley I. Jest? Her? link Worked with a woman who could have been her twin (or close to it) sister back when L & S was on, only she was better looking than Williams. While the series was in its prime, one trip we were flying back from the location we were working overseas, and the lady across the aisle kept pestering her for her autograph, insisting she WAS Cindy Williams. No amount of denial could put the lady off until the very exasperated question of "If I'm REALLY Cindy Williams like you keep insisting, then why am I flying in coach?" finally ended it. Lost touch with her, but she was a real sweetie. JJ |

Winston Smith said…you know…in front of ladies. He stands justly condemned. We have standards around here. Some day, some one will explain to me what they are in a way that makes sense. |
Who asked this joker | 13 Nov 2015 8:41 p.m. PST |
But all he said was "poop." Everybody poops. I read that book to my kids back when they were in potty training. I think he upset the Illuminati. That's who is really behind it. |
Terrement | 13 Nov 2015 8:46 p.m. PST |
And don't forget that "poop" spelled backwards, is "poop" which raises the question, how do you know which way it was written. |

The Miniatures Page? How is this related to miniature? DHing for such a minor word compared to some of the faeces on here is a bit much I would suggest. |
floating white bear | 14 Nov 2015 6:03 a.m. PST |
With all the un-related crap daily on TMP I wonder why this one touched a nerve. Maybe we should have a poll to choose if we want a miniature wargame site to stick to miniature wargames. Just a thought. |
