Verizon FiOS just sent me my personalized "Video Bill"! Awesome, now someone can just tell me what is important instead of me reading stuff. God knows I shouldn't have to invest any effort into anything I do. I have no responsibilities to society. It should all be done for and delivered to me. … and don't get me started on why the Moorlocks don't know how to program anything from scratch anymore. |

Having worked as a manager in customer service service before, I can assure you that plenty of the people angry about their bills haven't read them and have no idea that things cost money. |
