So I'm watching Law and Order, I really like the show, it ran late at night on tv, and now the first 8 seasons are on netflix(but why not the others damn you netflix) But in one episode curtis pulls his gun, and you hear the obligatory cock of the hammer, the problem? curtis has a glock, so no hammer

My favourite is the way moving any sword in any way produces swooshing sounds like a train passing at high speed. |

Those clicky gun noises any time a gun is shown has really gotten out of hand. I think the people who add noise effects must get paid by the added noise. Another one I like are the deep bone crushing thumps used whenever a punch is landed, even when little kids are involved. The boyhood schoolyard fight of Spock vs bullies in the Star Trek movie comes to mind. |
