Wow! In my science fiction campaign, barbecued rat on a stick is a delicacy in one of the space stations. It's nice to know (or is it?) there's precedent for it.

Nearly forty years ago, a popular term for the skewered "meat" sold at food carts in NYC was known as "rat cubes".

Once again, NYC was in the lead…
