I guess Hollywood only hires one guy to do all of the movie posters.

To be fair, many times a poster is a specific homage or knock on a poster for an earlier film. For example, the Between The Legs Shot poster from For Your Eyes Only spawned numerous imitators, including some for spoof films like Goldmember.

The blue one seems a bit lame. They have to be some color. I'd guess you could probably put together a collection with almost any colour being the predominant colour.

Actually the first 6 aren't such a bad send up but the last three seem to be reaching a little bit.

Interestingly the blue ones are all animals or fish

Maybe there are only 13 types of Hollywood movies?

gladue16 Apr 2013 12:53 p.m. PST

Are there as many as 13?

The blue one seems lame, until you see it later with the "running at a tilt".

The same with 13. big font over face…. until you see 12 Justice is Blind, where the font is over the blindfold

8 should be black and white action posters… with orange flames!

The only thing that kills this whole thing is the use of foriegn versions of the same film.

That was brilliant! just goes to show Hollywood has very little to offer in the way of originality. i wounder how many of the movies posters posted are rehashes of the same movie plot.
