Now, personally I would say that if the Portland one has leprechauns living in it, it isn't a park, it's a housing estate.

Here's my favorite "That's a park?" park: link
Well, it's certainly not smaller than Mill's End Park, but you could actually stand in it. Or sit in the grass and eat lunch. Plus, it actually HAS A SIGN! That's got to count for something.

Back in school, I was a proud member of the "Friends of Broadway Park." Indeed, I was an officer, with responsibility to "maintain the weather" at the park, a task at which I succeed with aplomb. I am proud to say that during my tenure, there was never a day without weather at Broadway Park. Indeed, I was so successful at establishing that rigorous standard, that to this day it continues to be upheld. Traditions must be maintained, and the best traditions always are!

Here is the park on Google maps: link

Note that it even has a very nice brick sidewalk going through the center of the park. That's no feature you'll find just anywhere! Okay, well, it is. But it's still a nice bit of brickwork.

There was a street triangle in Long Beach. About 20 square feet total with a concrete picnic bench in it.
