I suspect it's just a way to react against the wall to wall fawning news coverage. Be interesting to see how the BBC handle it if it does get to number 1.

There are rude people everywhere. I seem to recall Alger Hiss doing a little dance when Nixon died.
People seem to forget that Hiss was convicted of a crime, not a rush to judgement.

It's an understandable reaction to the unfettered hagiography in the media and elsewhere. It happens anytime a particularly divisive political leader dies, no matter the politics involved.
