There was a book of the same name published about 10 years ago. It is about Carnegie's attempts to acquire one of the most complete sauropod skeletons around at the time.

There was big money in dinosaur bones. Twain even refers to it when talking about something that costs a lot as being "dinosaur prices" here and there in his works.
