I like that version. I've had that album for like 10-15 years. It's a lot sparser than most, and if you know the Chieftains, it's real easy for them to make a song very busy very quickly.

That was dam' fine to listen to. You made me dig the album out. Would you believe I have it on cassette? Can't play that in my car any more. Though I still have a tape player in my game room. I'll put it on the next time I have guests.

It sounds like you've forgiven my gal Joni for Paved Paradise etc. Good choice. She's got so much besides, you only lose by bearing grudges.

I found that album because I stumbled across the chieftains with Sinead O'Connor doing "The Foggy Dew" on YouTube. Talk about a chill down your spine on that one.
