I remember him from so many TV guest-starring roles in the '60s and '70s. And what a great name!

Throne provided the voice of the Talosian leader The Keeper for "The Cage," the pilot episode of Star Trek, and in 1966 played Commodore José Mendez in the only two-parter of the original series. |

Always liked his deep baritone voice. Great character actor whose 'It Takes a Thief' role as SIA chief "Noah Bain" can be seen weekly on Antenna TV. Godspeed, Mr. Throne, and thank you very much. |
