And so goes a piece of Americana from a time that heard colorful and vibrant music while the world was fighting tyranny. Patty, Maxene, and LaVerne are together again, in peace.

Godspeed, Ms. Andrews, and thank you VERY, very much.

Godspeed.

Even my young daughters liked the Andrew sisters. Played their music in our marching band's show at halftimes. "Tribute to a fallen soldier".

May they rest in peace!

Heard it on the radio this morning. A heck of a thing to wake up to. Most of the Sisters' careers happened were before I was born. I was always fascinated with their music. 2nd only to Bob Hope in amount of USO performances. Thank you for your service to our country and for all the music Patty. May you rest in peace.

My favorite one of the "Three Little Sisters". Not only vocally athletic(with her scat style) but her gymnastic style dance moves also. Rest easy,Patty, and thanks a million for the music.

Another legend has gone home. Well Gabe's palce will have some new harmonies now that you're there. Thank you Miss Patty, and all your sisters. Godspeed and Fair Winds ma'am.
