RIP Sir.

Sad news. He was a fine manager and a lot of fun to watch when he blew a gasket. And Earl Weaver Baseball has a soft spot in my heart as the first pc baseball game I ever played.

RIP Earl

I just saw the headlines… quite sad news. He certainly was a fine manager. RIP

Very sad, he was such a pure baseball man, practicing Sabermetrics before anyone even knew what that was. The same as Texas Jack, Earl Weaver Baseball and I spent hours together. RIP
Kind regards
Anthon

My Texas Rangers always had a hard time with Earl Weaver's Baltimore Orioles, which was a solid, no-nonsense club under his watch. And yes, his on-the-field antics against umpires is legendary. He was a great baseball skipper.

Godspeed, Mr. Weaver, and thank you very much.

VIya Con Dios Mr. Weaver, you were one of the best managers ever.
