Hmmm. 5 days until good as new with Johnny Walker Black. I wonder if a better drink would have restored his sight sooner. Or if he actually drank it instead of the tube to the stomach method. Can we get some funding for a study? |

During our methanol wave a couple of months ago, there were several cases where people drank methanol laced booze and then continued drinking alcohol that was okay and suffered little or no ill-effects. In some cases they had friends drinking with them that went home after the first bottle of (bad) booze and died, or at best ended up blind. In Czech hospitals the first thing they do to methanol victims is give them good booze. |
