Waiting with interest myself.

Obviously we are all thinking 'microbial life?' Obviously at this stage that is 2+2=5. But that would certainly be one for the history and science textbooks. And how.

A green martian incubator …

What's exciting to those pointy headed geeks, may not be very exciting to us squinty-eyed geeks. Probably some combination of elements that is not found on earth.

Now, if the thing found an empty beer can, THAT would be a big deal.

Now, if the thing found an empty beer can, THAT would be a big deal.

Not necessarily, I mean if the can was labeled "Fosters" or Schlitz, heck, even Budweiser…it would mean that the universe is full of intergalactic trailer trash! grin

I dropped my spanner last time I was there…

GarrisonMiniatures21 Nov 2012 1:00 a.m. PST

Oh, that's where I got that spanner from.

skippy000121 Nov 2012 8:50 a.m. PST

A land mine.

GuyG1321 Nov 2012 9:48 a.m. PST

Marvin?

Gunfreak21 Nov 2012 10:06 a.m. PST

They found Lincoln vampire Hunter.

It's probably something like "the percentage of Ytterbium Manganate in the soil is 0.22% higher than predicted, which indicates the probability that at some point the asteroid belt was 3.45% more densely populated than models previously predicted". In other words, something only interesting to the guy running the experiment and the guy whose paper he's trying to refute.

I'll get excited once they actually tell us something.

Rocks sand and other smaller rocks. also they will find wrecked and dead space ships. Because we have been sending them there for years and some of did not land as planned.

My second guess is Martian dung.

I'm with Lugal -- probably some rare earth. Nothing organic. But it would be great if I'm wrong.

GeoffQRF30 Nov 2012 7:26 a.m. PST

Lindsy Lohan's career?

Think that is now beyond finding…

Sounds like a big nothing. What a let down.
