Somehow ended with a DROID Razr in my possession yesterday *Transferring most of my stuff to a personal phone, since the work one can get shut off "any day now
") So besides the obvious (Angry Birds) what else are Must have apps? I am already trying to figure out how (IF?) I can transfer my cache sense license. Obviously Google Maps, and astronomy, but now that I actually have one, I'm not sure what else I should do with it? Kindle app seems like I would drive myself crasy reading books in that "small" a scree, |

Shazzam and Pandora are nifty little apps if you are into music. Shazzam will tell you what is playing on a music source like your radio, Pandora creates a personal playlist based on your musical likes and dislikes. |

If you play Formula De, I got a neat little dice roller app for ya
Netflix app is fantastic! The Olympic on is pretty good too. I use these two all the time. The Face book app is ok

How much data do things like Netflix, Pandora, iHeart Radio, etc. suck up? The wife, son, and I are on a "shared data" plan and I already pushed the envelope enough to get the phone

anything streaming is going to suck up your bandwidth. Music less than video but still noticeable. If you are not on an unlimited data plan you would do better just downloading the music you want from your computer. |

While not specifically an Andriod app, I've found Dropbox the most useful. It's a centralized file sharing site that keeps files in sync between different devices. I put PDF wargames rules in a special Dropbox directory on my home computer & after a few minutes, they're available on my Droid phone. & it's free (up to a certain total file size). |

I second Black Cavalier, Dropbox all the way, they rest is fluff, useful, but (and I use) fluff. Big Joe Duke |

Dropbox first if you do not have it. And get it on all your computers as well, or at least bookmark your folder on them. Ucam to get a better camera controller than the normal ones. BBC News for a unbiased news source. Skype if you have unlimited internet but limited phone. Evernote if you want to take notes and have them on your computer as well. Opera Mobile for a faster browser. |

Everyone should use Google Calendar. {I may be slightly biased, but that doesn't make me wrong.} |
