I'm headed to Albany, NY for business the first week of August. Are there any historical or gaming attractions in the downtown area? I suspect I won't have a car and will either have to hoof it, use public transit or rely on the kindness of strangers.

Thanks.

State capitol building, state museum

There's the USS Slater (destroyer escort) on the river, not far from downtown.

The best gaming store is Zombie Planet, on Central in Colonie, on a bus route I'm sure.

The editor peged them . Zombie is on a bus route Central Ave . Across from KFC . You get to Colonie center mall you went too far . The Slater is the last dde in WWII configuration , was in Guns of navarone . The Plaza is way cool just to walk around the capital has tours . If you see a concert at the egg they are very good to see there

Zombie Planet is run by my very good friend George who also is the author of All Flesh Must Be Eaten and his store is really nice. My friends and I game there when we can. If you are into moderns let me know I will put on a Ambush Alley game or BattleFront WW2 but modified for Vietnam, or could do The Sword and The Flame.
