I have to slight possibility of getting a couple of days in Toronto, Canada. To do this I would have to cash in some favours, so what is there to see in Toronto in the military line? |

If you are going to Toronto simply for the history and to shop at well stocked gaming stores – stay home. There is Fort York The ROM and an assortment of Victorian buildings. If you want to go to a vibrant lively city with excellent shopping ( non gamer though) a vibrant night live, good theaters and more fine international restaurants then most other places then go. You can also take a day trip to see the famous Niagara Falls. It is also my home town. Check the website for more details of what to see and do seetorontonow.com If you want to see Canadian cities with history then IMO the top three are Quebec City, Montreal and Halifax. ML |
