Mental illness really isn't very funny. Show up for an interview drunk or high is one thing. Do it over and over again and you've got a problem. Seeking out a man in this state (either substance abbuse, manic depression, or some other illness) for interviews is disgusting. I long for the days when media had a sense of decency.

I worked with Charlie Sheen as an extra several years ago in the film "The Shadow Conspiracy" and appeared in several scenes with him. At that time he was very quiet and professional. If you had told me at the time that he would devolve into the train wreck he has become, I would have never believed it.
