Don't know if anyone here has ever done any work on a Munny before?

The theme I am working off of is a abandoned robot left to rust in the water. Lots of aging/rusting painting fun but I am stuck on the water
I want more realistic than cartoony with mine. I was thinking of perhaps making a thin base out of resin to rest it on like a think coaster in size. I was also thinking of submerging it partially in a cup of resin so the legs can be seen rusting below the water as well, but that might be too bulky and detract from it.

I know your a clever bunch out there so help me out.

BTW it is the mini Munny that I have to do this with.

Thanks
