For those that may not know what the acronym means, it stands for the North American Soccer League. If so, check out this particular thread at Chris Creamer's Sports Logos Forum:

When seeing these, I immediately thought of Eureka Miniatures' 28mm soccer players. But what about rules? Anyone have any ideas?

Did you know that the NASL is making a comeback: nasl.com

A few new teams, a few breakaways from the USL-1 and a plan to become the official 2 division behind MLS.

Bob Wiltrout has a great set of rules for football(soccer) that he runs at Cold Wars and Historicon.

Maybe someone here knows how to contact him?

My dad and I had season Tickets to the Cosmos.

Although at the end oftehir careers, it was amazing to See Beckenbauer (SP?), Carlos Alberto, and even freaking Pele and so many other amazing talented players playing "football" in the US

The Pele retirement macth where he played a half forteh Cosmos and a ahlf for the Brazil team is something I will never, ever forget..
