Earlier I said UCLA was down. I should have said down the toilet. Cal-State Fullerton put a whuppin on em in triple overtime. There is no way Fullerton should be able to play with a PAC-10 team. I will say this -- Fullerton wanted it bad and . . . this time they got it. Sometimes A+ effort pays off in the face of a lot of adversity.

I also watched all but the last two minutes of the St. Mary's game. The St. Mary's Aussies + Sanham just mopped the floor with SD's Aztecs. The only weak spot St. Mary's has is at one of the post positions. Otherwise. Very Very impressive start.

I read just a few days ago on SI "UCLA fans need to lower their expectations this year".

Obviously he was on to something laugh

Does St. Mary's still have half the Australian Olympic team on their roster?

And UCLA lost to fullerton? Gotta get ESPN on and check out the games!

Half their roster are Aussies but only one or two play on the olympic team. Patty Mills went pro. The new kid is a Frosh and IIRC 18 y/o.
