Who do you most like to see lose? The more ingloriously. the better. Baseball, the Yankees. NFL, the Cowboys. Then the Raiders and Ravens. College football, USC. Then Miami. Then Michigan. I have mixed feelings about Notre Dame, since my Dad was such a big fan. However, I can spare a grin or two over their current fall from grace. Is it better to see your favorite hated teams fall and fail miserably in a championship game, or to see them wallow in general mediocrity? Tough call

I started making up my list and quickly realized I have a general rule based on geography. East of the Mississippi and west of the Rockies = scum sucking, cheating, media ladies of ill repute. My one exception would be West Brom. |

Hockey; Maple Leafs. They've been bad for years now, but I still enjoy every minute of their misery. College : Michigan, USC, Ohio State, Gators, Texas, North Carolina. And any team Nick Saban coach. Canadian College Football; Rouge & Or. Any Canadian fan knows perfectly well why I hate them. NFL; Patriots, first and foremost. Cowboys. I'll stop here. So many teams to hate, so little time

College Football: Michigan, Ohio State, USC, the longer the suffering during the season the better. It's been a great year for Wolverine bludgeoning. Sad to see OSU beat Iowa. All is well on the west coast. Pro Football: Eagles, Cowboys. Those are the only two sports I care much about these days. |

College Football: Texas, Oklahoma, LSU, Alabama, Florida, Florida St., Auburn and Ohio St. I should say UCLA too but I can't bring myself to do it. I certainly don't cheer for them but since half of the BCS jockeying is defending one's resume, if they suck too much, it hurts USC's SOS, of course that is a moot point this year. Of course after that 2 point attempt while up 48-21 in the 4th quarter, Stanford and any team Jim Harbaugh ever coaches just made my list. That was classless and in every beating USC has ever dropped on anyone in the last 7 seasons, they never did thst. Ever. Notre Dame is another one. After their 3-9 season, it just got old. I think the Domers have finally gotten through their skulls that they are not God's gift to College Football. Think about it, if God hates it when wars are fought in His name, how do you think He feels about losing football games? Pro Football: Eagles, Cowboys, Redskins, Broncos, Titans and Raiders. Baseball: Yankees, Braves and Giants |

Agree with 2bit elroy but would add for Pro football, everyone EXCEPT the Cowboys. I would like to see Jerry retire to a non-speaking monastery however. |

The Cowboys stand alone atop my pantheon of hate but any team from New York qualifies as second although the Yankees and Giants are probably a bit more evil than the others from that cursed corner of Calcutta on the Hudson. In college I really don't hate anyone but Duke although I dislike USC and Miami. I don't dislike Ohio State but I'm tired of them pretending to be a real football team and getting slaughtered whenever they play teams from real conferences. Now one more New Years Day game will be over by halftime. |

Might seem weird, seeing as I live near Philly, but I absolutely love seeing the Phillies and Eagles fall on their faces. The sports radio chatter after big losses is highly entertaining. For hockey, the Penguins or Devils since they are two of the biggest rivals for the Flyers. Don't watch basketball at all so no teams there, same with all college level sports. |
