Nice picture but I would like some explanation of what I am seeing. Is the bright group of white stars to the left the core of the galaxy? What is the orientation of this view? What is the position of some of the more reconizable star names in this picture, am I seeing Alpha Centari or Sirius in this picture? It's very pretty, but with a little information, it could be usefull too. |
