These are some pretty amazing photos. It is almost like a dinosaur, and you wonder if something like this didn't cause legends like nessie. link |

Leopard Seal eat penguins So, apparently, do sea stars. I guess life just sucks if you taste like chicken

Well it sure hasn't done the chickens much good. |

It's kept chickens in existence for thousands of years! Maybe not individual chickens, but the species does great. The first chicken that went into a henny penny was heard to say "This is one small dunk for a chicken, but one giant splash for chickenkind!" The other possible explanation for nessie is cow tongue: picture |

I would like to see a seal clubber go after a baby leopard seal while mum was around. these things have been known to stalk people. |

They aren't called "leopard" seals for nothing. It's always good to remember that nature doesn't care. -Kle. |

No one I ever knew, nor anyone on the ice flows with me when I was there ever used a club. Greenpeace anti-cultural propaganda. .303 bullets. -- Tim |

I didn't realize that .303 was still that popular in Canada. I'd have guessed one of the NATO rounds. -Kle. |
