link I liked the attic clean-out look on the walls. I loved their salad bar & mini burgers, but haven't been back since the re-invention/re-modeling. Looks like a "high-class" lunch room at work or a hotel lobby now. Dunno why they felt they needed a change. |

"Upscale" is a deadly phrase. |

"Upscale" is a deadly phrase. Right – wonder how much they paid their marketing strategist. I just wish Golden Corral or CiCi's Pizza were here in WA State. |

The new line of burgers aren't that exciting, and other chains do burgers better. |

This is the restaurant with the 2000 calorie burger, right? While I like to enjoy a gut buster every once in awhile, a nicer environment is not really going to get me in the door. If I'm eating VERY bad food, I don't really care what the restaurant looks like. I'm not likely to stay very long. Steve |

The Triple Prime Cheeseburger is my favorite chain burger. Full stop. It was my first meal after demobilizing from Afghanistan. |

I worked there for 4 years. The bastards are finally feeling the effect of a top heavy management team where the top guys feel pressure to "make a difference". Idea's like, getting rid of thier best people in order to cut wages, or, reducing quality. It's just another attempt at tinkering with the formula that made them succsesful in the first place. |

We've got one down a couple of miles down from us. I've eaten there three times
usually because the theater is near. It's not a place I usually think about, and it's hard to get to, bad location on the side of an auxillary road with no entrance, (you have to drive through a theater and office park parking lot to get to it). Their menu has had Yuengling Lager on it for the last two years but they never have any and the last time I was there the girl said that the manager told her that "they didn't carry it any more". "So um
do you think you might want to take it off the menu?" I asked her. She shrugged and said "Yeah. I'd think that too." So then I ordered a "Magic Hat No. 9". "Oh..we're outta that too." She said. Finally she gave me the list of what they DID have (which is typical Indianapolis Beer Stock): "Bud, Bud Light, Bud Draft, Bud Ice, Miller, Miller Light, Miller Draft, Miller Ice, Blue Moon, etc
" I'm surprised our locations been open for as long as it has been
it's just not easy to get to, and really isn't that spectacular
