I remember a horror-type comic from my youth, but can't recall the name or the publisher. I believe it was in the mid- to late-seventies.

It was a collection of stories (2 or 3 I think). The cover story involved a young boy living in an apartment building with a mean super. The boy had a pet lizard which the super threw into the incinerator. The story ends with the lizard turning into a giant monster with the boy riding him and exacting his fiery revenge on the super.

It may have also had a story about an old man being bitten by a black widow, though I'm not sure it was the same comic.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated

Thanks,
Terry

would it have been found in a Eerie or Creepy comic?

Could also have been a DC House of Mystery or House of Secrets.

Can't help you more than that, I'm afraid.

This is a pretty obscure one. I like it. Let's wait and see if we can find someone who knows.

It could have been any of those. Wish I remembered more.

Nothing? I'm hurt. (not really)
