I know it's part of the old 'rush to answer and show how clever I am without reading what anyone else has posted' thing, but it does get on my wick.

I did think about starting a rant about it, but decided not to.

Very sorry and all that, just getting apathetic in my old age. Perhaps next year, when my second (third? fourth?) childhood has fully kicked in.

My time is too important to read everything that those ignorant people who have posted before me have posted.
I would be very surprised if they came up with anything original.

Sometimes the wording introducing the first link might be misleading. People are not always clear in their posts.
