It was a good day in football today and things returned to normal. Steelers won. Ravens lost. Bengals lost. Browns lost (to the Steelers). If I have it right, the Steelers are back on top in the AFC North…the way it should be. grin

There are still a few irregularities. Tennessee is getting blown out and will be 0fer the season. As I write Oakland is beating Philly!

although I will admit watching the New Eli Giants get their rears handed to them was very satisfying. I hate any team that gets hyped by a network and the "Eli's Homecoming" was really getting old.

Saints are for real, wow!

And to add insult to injury to the Titans, CBS just switched over to the Jets/Bills game after NE went up over 50.

the Bengals beat the Browns and the Old Browns (Ravens). They could lose the rest of the season and Id still be happy.

What in the world is happening to Rick "Mr. Poise" Sanchez?

Steelers and Texans won. I am content.

(Until next week…)

What hapened to Sanchez? The temperature fell below 62F.

My Jacksonville Jaguars won in OT and it was what USC fans call a perfect weekend; USC won, Notre Dame and UCLA lost. No complaints here.

Now if only the Dodgers could get their act together…

But hey, this is a football thread.

Yeah, we were lucky in the Raven's loss. That was huge. The Bengals will start to implode and the Steelers continue to improve with Troy back.

Thanks,

John
