Basileus Archeleus walks before the assembled warriors at Thermopylae and says to a Theban , 'Do you want to go to the Elysian Plains?'
The man said boldly, 'I do, Basileus.'
Archeleus said, 'Then stand over there against the wall.'
Then Archeleus askes a Thespian, 'Do you want to go to the Elysian Plains?'
'Certainly, Basileus,' was the man's brave reply.
'Then stand over there against the wall,' said Archeleus
Then Archeleus walked up to a Spartan and said, 'Do you want to go to the Elysian Plains?'
The Spartan replies, 'No, I don't Basileus.'
Archeleus exclaims, 'I don't believe this! You mean to tell me that when you die you don't want to go to the Elysian Plains?'
The Spartan, 'Oh, WHEN I die, yes. But, I thought you were getting a group together to go right now.'
