We (that includes me) travel to Orlando to play in UCF's "Super Bowl". (Glad I bought tickets from my sister back in July, didn't believe her when she said the game would sell out). OU vs Texas VT at GT ND vs USC FSU at UNC (I think) The Boobah circus is in town! The Pigs at UF (Petrino got his one meaningful SEC win a season last week, unfortunately) USF at Cincy (Huge game for UM, as it works out) Who else? |

Bama and South Carolina. Two of the most intense coaches in the SEC. I'm betting on Bama though. |

So many good game! I hope Cincy wins; they were my sleeper pick this year and I still think they could win all their games. Kelly is a great coach. However I'm afraid of this game; thursday night on the road = ESPN kiss of death. Other good games : Wednesday night, Boise vs Tulsa, in what might be the last real test for the Broncos. Texas Tech vs Nebraska; Fun match-up between Tech offense and the new & improved Nebraska D Of course, I'll watch MSU beat Northwestern. That win over UM changed the whole season for the Spartans. |

Some interesting potential upsets this weekend. #11 Iowa-Wisconsin Minnesota- #14 Penn St. Texas Tech- #15 Nebraska Missouri- #16 Oklahoma St. Iowa won convincingly at PSU but has mostly struggled otherwise, scraping by Northern Iowa and Arkansas St, for example. Wisconsin can take them down. Nebraska should be wide awake after rallying against Mizzou last Thursday. Waiting to score all your points in the 4Q isn't a good game plan, but it shows what you can do if needed. OTOH, letting TT get ahead is never a good idea. Okie St is too unpredictable. Thrash Georgia, lose to Houston, squeak by the Aggies? If Mizzou isn't hungover from last week, this will be a tight game. |
