Just watch Zombieland ..good flick. Yet it's another example of zombies NOT eating brains. As far as I can tell their preference here and in most other zombie movies is for organ meat, or flesh found in any place but the head.

The whole Brains thing, if I recall correctly, is from the Return of the Living Dead. Was that conceit even continued in the other 4 movies? Why is that tail wagging the zombie dog when it's plainly a feature of a minority presentation?

Isn't it the same with any negative stereotype?

Space Monkey05 Oct 2009 11:24 p.m. PST

Yeah, that whole rep of zombies wanting to eat brains is based on that one movie as far as I know… and never seen anywhere else.
I didn't like the idea of zombies biting through people's skulls.

Wow. It turns out I have been negatively stereotyping imaginary creatures.

Ooo Ooo Ooo, can we get the 'Diversity Training' to include Zombies? Not Vampires, obviously, because recent TV/Movies make it quite clear they are just arrogant Bleeped texts.

Hug a zombie day? Done already:
