You're "SUPPOSED" to judge the movie (cartoon) by its trailer. That's what trailers are for. |

Personally, I love animation, but I loathe anime and manga.
I saw enough in the trailer to know that I wouldn't enjoy the movie/cartoon. As The Tin Dictator says, that's exactly what trailers are for.

Looks a lot less like anime and a lot more like the animated DC Batman/Superman/Justice League that has been released the last two-three years. I like the Battle Zeppelin design. So the humans incorporate captured Martian technology after the first failed invasion so that when the Martians invade again 15 years later with improved equipment there is more parity between the two forces.
