And being in NYC last year…YES, they do, you pass several tall, very attractive women on just about every block, slim, but not skinny…I guess they don't do the purge thing until after they get the gig!
As a matter of fact, I was having a gelatto outside a famous NY Italian pastry shoppe last year and some very nice Asian-American HS students sat on the bench I was on and were enjoying their gelatto's too.
We were all engaged in people watching and soon struck up a conversation when one very tall, slim, but attractive Eastern European type stopped to get a "small" gelatto…possibly here lunch for the day.
We all agreed that she was probably the most famous Russian/Eastern European model we'd never heard of…it was also nice to a 50+ year old man engaging in conversation w/these young ladies and not being considered a perv, DOM or anything of that nature…you hear so many stories about NYC and it left me with a good feeling that even strangers there know a "good" person when they meet one.
Matter of fact, it'll probably be one of those warm, fuzzy moments in life that I'll always treasure…it was just a nice experience.
