Back in 2006 I was stationed at MacDill AFB, serving as the night shift NCOIC in the J6 comms spaces. Our highlight of the day was waking up with Robin… I havent researched this myself, but one of the guys on shift with me said that her husband was an animal trainer at Seaworld in Orlando. When she landed the news gig in Atlanta, she basically told him that she was going to Atlanta and he could do what he wanted to. Nice girl…??? |

Here's the info on hubby:
"Meade grew up in New London, Ohio and graduated from New London High School. She attended Ashland University and Malone College (USA) in Ohio. In 1992, she was a top ten finalist in the Miss America pageant as Miss Ohio. Robin's husband (Tim Yeager, married in 1993) is an elephant seal trainer for Sea World in Orlando, commuting daily to and from Atlanta (a distance of 400 miles)." Man, I thought commuting from where I am in Seminole County to Sea World (40 min) would be a crazy commute on I4! Yipes. BTW she is on CNN all day pushing her new book. Apparently she suffered from low self-esteem and panic attacks, which is the book's focus. |

THats the one CP…!!!! I hope he has a private Learjet or something… he can't be driving…. seven hours nonstop from Tampa to Atlanta. Maybe a Helo versus a plane? It was pretty humorous… we would have different news feeds on each set… CNN, Fox News, Al Jazeera, of course Robin was the only feed with any volume… :-) |
