I signed up for MLB.com (baseball games) while my daughter was in the hospital for a week, figuring that I could watch some White Sox games on my lap top. I was surprised to find out that "your home market games" get blacked out. So if I were traveling to California, I wouldn't be able to follow my home town Chicago White Sox while I was on the road. That kind of defeats the whole purpose, don't you think?

Arrrgggghhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

White Sox are evil; MLB.com has done you a favor. Repent and watch the Rangers make the playoffs.

A more serious answer, MLB.com is catering to the permanently displaced fan. Grew up in Chigaco and but now live in L.A…. BTW, the tv/cable companies are your real gripe.

And I hope your daughter is doing well.

You should have signed in that you lived in Scranton.

Glad Lady Emma is doing well.
