Game developer Turbine's MMO, Dungeons & Dragons Online: Eberron Unlimited rolls out in two weeks. Apparently, Atari had a contract with them to sublicense the game so that Turbine could continue to sustain their previous MMO, D&D: Stormreach. According to the lawsuit filed by Turbine, Atari reneged on the deal in order to clear the way for their own D&D license, Neverwinter Nights link Wyatt |
