This is the worst TV special effects I have ever seen on a TV newscast. If you can't find the bear, or hire a local circus bear, use a cardboard cut-out instead! Still kinda funny.

Okay, either that's a fake news story someone cleverly put together and loaded on YouTube (the video is suspiciously clear), or the reporter and his producer decided to have as much fun as they could with a fluff filler piece. Either way, it's a hoot. grin
