It's a giant noise canceler. The sort of energy you'd need to generate to diminish incoming waves heading towards an oil platform would be mammoth. Also, there's the woe be unto the folks on the far side of the oil platform problem. However, I'm looking forward to this working one day. Muah ha ha!!! |
