"What Are Your Favorite Pop Tarts?" Topic

Having spent nearly a week dining on fine hospital food, my diet devolved into trips to McDonalds and Pop Tarts for breakfast and snacks. In the morning, I'm rather partial to Strawberry or Cherry. While for the rest of the day, Chocolate Fudge is the best. What do you think?

Cinnamon and brown sugar frosted. Nigh impossible to get in A-stan. The chow hall only gets blueberry frosted and strawberry frosted. They're ok, but nowhere near my favorites.

Seriously, I haven't eaten Pop Tarts in decades, but when I did, it was always the cinnamon and brown sugar frosted flavor, like Jay. Always steered clear of the fruit flavors, as I didn't know any better as a kid.

Today, it's just a bowl of sticks and twigs in cold skim milk, sometimes with some buttered toast. I'm happy.

I've tried them once and have no desire to try again.

Cinnamon and Brown Sugar for me.

Another vote for the frosted cinnamon/brown sugar. Generally don't bother to toast them, on the rare occasions I partake.

I miss Grape. They don't make it anymore or at least very often from what I can tell.

My wife won't allow them in the house. She's a nurse.

Too sweet for me.

They tend to be too sweet, so when I do get them, I prefer the unfrosted flavors.

But honestly I prefer the cheese flavored toaster strudels to pop tarts.

My answer to "What is your favorite…" is always:
1) Cheddar
2) Bacon
3) Raspberry.

Do any of the above apply?

Cherry, although I can't always find them, so often substitute Strawberry or Blueberry.

And I really mean addicted; she gets that look in her eyes when the box is almost empty!

That being said I would eat them if they were around-- the munchies are a terrible thing! 8)=

fruit flavors, unfrosted (do they still make them?)

Currently chocolate chip but also ate a lot of s'mores. Mostly because the pastry part is not the plain crust but either graham cracker or cookie dough like stuff. It makes a difference if you aren't toasting them.

The rest I take to my local hobby shop where the gamers reside, the ones who will eat everything but their minis.

Frosted Cinnamon and Brown Sugar, with an occasional Frosted Strawberry toasted and then spread some butter on top. Mmmm mmmm.

I like Strawberry and Chocolate. Although I see you have some flavours I've never seen here in Canada.

I haven't actually toasted a Pop Tart in years. They are starting to extend the line into other flavors.

Could bacon flavored Pop Tarts be next?
