Thinking about great dynamic duos throughout history that complemented each other well (think Batman and Robin!)
Name ones you know of--any era, brief explanation too please.

Ones I know of:
Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen--two great basketball players for the Chicago Bulls
Ludendorf and Hindenburg--two WW1 German generals
Kirk and Spock--yes I know its fiction but there is a history there!

Like to hear others ideas of dynamic duos please.

Saw this was in humor and figured you'd be starting with Abbot & Costello and moving to Laurel & Hardy, Hope & Crosby, Carson & McMahon, and others…

Lenin and Trotsky-two wacky, devil-may-care Marxists who seemed inseperable ( picture ) until differing hairlines and revolutionary ideologies tore them apart:

Side note: does it seem suspicious to anyone but me that you never see Vladimir Lenin and Michael Ironside in pictures together?

Uhh…….
The Three Stooges were NOT a dynamic duo.
Especially without Shemp !
If you put all four together you might get closer.
