If you had seen my wife's uncles artwork you would see the difference. He uses Rotring tech pens to dot. I suggested we forgo a new telly as his Tiger tank was only £100.00 GBP and about the same size as a 26in screen. The really trick bit appears to be the smoke (he also does a lot of steam trains), as it is just white- you have to remember where NOT to dot. |
